Warm and lightweight women's puffer shorts made from shiny vinyl with quilted satin or vinyl lining. Features thick quilting, two front pockets and an elasticated waist with a plastic buckle.

- Storing: Dark colors can stain lighter colored items. Cover vinyl clothes with cotton garment bags (never plastic)
