We cannot ship to PO boxes with Express FedEx shipping. If you have a PO Box, you will need to ship to an alternative address since it cannot be fulfilled via FedEx.
Tracking - Once the item has been prepared for dispatched a tracking number will be provided to you.

• All shipments are insured and have Track and Trace so you may follow the shipment from the time of dispatch.
• Since AmaZonaFashion clients exist all over the world, custom charges that are specific to each country may be added to your bill. Please note that you will be responsible for these costs with your local customs authorities.
• Time of manufacturing
After receiving the money we aim to deliver the ordered goods in 10-14 days. Some products - mostly our puffy garments - need more production time than two weeks. You can learn more about the time of manufacturing of a specific product on it’s profile.
Customizing clothes takes more time, of course, to be ready but we inform you about it in e-mail. You also get an e-mail the day before we deliver the product. Please, contact us if you want you clothes to be delivered in a different time.
• Warranty
Since we all want you to be satisfied this point is very easy: if you take objection to the quality of any of our products we either change it to a perfect one or if you don’t want this you can buy something else for the money but you can also send it back to us.
In case of getting a product which is wrong or not proper in size or that you didn’t even ordered and the blame lies with us then contact us and we deliver the product back, for free, of course.

• Right of withdrawal
If you want to withdraw inform us in e-mail!
All buyers have the right to withdraw in 14 days which doesn’t apply to customized or unique clothes. The pack sent back to us has to include all parts of the product.
The price of the product will be transferred in 14 days after receiving the product. The tariffs should be paid by the costumer.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items such as lingerie (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Exchanges, returns or refunds for custom order items are not possible unless there is a proven fault in manufacturing. We are not responsible for the correctness of measures provided by the customers.
We don’t buy back the product if it’s injured or already used. In this case we deliver the product back on the expense of the costumer.
The Decree of 45/2014 applies for the wight of withdrawal.
