Short women's puffer vest made from shiny vinyl with thick quilting and satin or vinyl lining. Features a full-length front zip, padded collar, two front zip pockets and an inner security pocket.

- Care: Hand wash in warm water with a small amount of liquid detergent • Hang to dry inside out then turn to let Vinyl side dry • Polishing can be done with small amounts of silicone spray
- Storing: Dark colors can stain lighter colored items. Cover vinyl clothes with cotton garment bags (never plastic)
